At SDW we understand that every customer is unique and they have different requirements and expectations. So we have adapted following work process as our standard:
CONTACT
All details are discussed with customer during first meetings about materials and design specifications. It is important to understand project requirements and timeline.
QUOTE
A formal quote is submitted to customer. All details are mentioned in the quote.
PRODUCTION
Lab samples are provided at the start of each project and production samples are provided as soon actual production starts.
INSPECTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Customer is kept informed at every stage of production. We have a open door policy, all customers are welcome to do a third party inspection at any stage of production.
